He also automatically kills you in 4 hits. You can still do the invulnerability pot + teleport scroll trick though, the place is technically a map and the boss doesn't move.

i got past the castle entrance but only with a loving berserker potion, but even then it stopped me from progressing. i'm glitched forget this.

Use a chocolate sword to get close to the entry, then when the star thing is like directly above you use a berserker potion to run away from it and in the castle.
