Author Topic: Tips for better sleep and staying awake?  (Read 578 times)

For the longest time I've always been tired all day and can never sleep. There seriously never feels like a difference between going to sleep at 9 PM and going to sleep at 2 AM unless I stayed up the night before. How do you guys sleep so well, and those who stay up, how do you not fall asleep during the day?

I put a bunch of cold water in a bottle and then splash it on my face 3 times when I wake up. Works like a charm.

Well all I do is just force myself to lay still and clear my mind, then you'll fall asleep pretty quickly

Do something that your body knows is a symbol of waking up. For me its a shower, as soon as i shower im wide awake. For you it could be eating something, going outside, being active, etc.

I love this idea

For better sleep, I stop using the computer at around 7 PM - 9 PM, then go to bed at 10 PM. To wake up, I use a tool called MY PARENTS to wake me up, or an alarm clock app on my iPad.
