comcrap/xfaility internet issues

i'm getting really pissed with the internet on xfaility/comcrap's internet service
a few moments ago, pages took 1 minute to fully load
and another few moments ago, the internet randomly stopped working on my laptop, but the modem and router reported no problems ("online" light still on)
this is really loving frustrating, it happens every 1 hour, every day.
i HAVE to use xfaility/comcrap because the apartments here only use those(what a terrible choice).

discuss your problems with xfaility here, or help me with this.

This reminds me of when I was forced to use directtv. One channel would be set to french and another would be two hours earlier then another. YET BOTH WERE CLEARLY STANDARD CHANNELS.

It will go away in a few days. I've had problems and it went away. Just unplug the router.
