Try scraping it on other minerals or something, maybe you can figure out it's hardness and use that to help identify it.
I'm not sure if this is good enough, but it appears to easily scratch the side of a plastic disposable lighter and not glass.

Pretty common, easily breakable rock
Comes in various colors and levels of shininess

I saw that same picture too; the filename says siderite
The only source I could find for coal streak color said black
