Staff Sergeant - Spamming

                                        Staff Sergeant, spamming Badspot's server
So basically I was on Badspot's speed kart server. I usually drop by to play a couple of rounds. I left for a few minutes and came back seeing this Staff character spamming the stuff out of the server.

Unfortunately I came back on the server to ask one of the players if he was banned. He told me Staff left and slipped out of our hands. Staff is one lucky bastard to spam right when the admin Ephialtes was afk. Hopefully he will be dealt with.
                                                                 Summary - BL_ID
I hope that he doesn't go to any other servers and annoy the stuff out of the players. Hopefully an admin will ban him if he comes back and tries to pull the same stuff. While he was in the act I had time to get his BL_ID.

Honestly, this is why the racetrack servers are so stuffty. 9/10 the admins aren't there, and even then they are afk for the PARTIAL time that they are there. It gets so repetitive and glitchy, to the point where the admins don't even wanna be on the server for ANY reason.

OT: He was on Xalos' Server either yesterday or earlier today (I can't remember) and was being an idiot and got himself banned.
