Author Topic: Loading Screen Pictures!  (Read 2185 times)

I took screenshots, feel free to take, the resolution for them is 1680x1050, but tinypic resized them to 1600x1000. Don't call these yours, please if you are uploading them to somewhere, give me credit for taking them.
Also, rename one of them to loadingBG and follow instructions on the OP to use these for loading screens.

I took these pictures today for the loading screen, to simply make these your loading screen do the following:
HOW TO INSTALL
1. Close any open Blockland clients.
2. Download User Content Alpha
3. Place Client_UserContent into your add-ons folder.
4. Open Blockland
5. Close Blockland
6. Go into your content folder located at My Documents/Blockland/Config
7. Create a folder named "client"
8. Create a folder inside of "client" named "ui"
9. Right click the above picture and hit "Save Image As..."
10. Name the file "loadingBG" and save it at My Documents/Blockland/Config/Content/Client/Ui
11. Start Blockland and join a server, it should work!

I use the pyramid one, going to take more pictures for loading screens.

lovey, first and second one are my favorite. There should be a way (maybe in an update) to pick what picture(s) we want for the loading screen. We can just drag in our images for the loading screen somewhere and then the game will have the "LOADING" texts on top of the image.

i tried this and it didn't work

I should re-upload the loading screen mod, that got taken down for no reason.

Remove that pass quote, it's bullstuff.

Why?
I did exactly that and it worked.

It works, but it's the worst way to get to the result.

Not sure, I use nVidia.

nVidia is amazing, are you able to run max shaders on it?

I already remade it
It was just one line of code

To use:
  • Rename the image that you want as background to "backgnd.png" no quotes.
  • Put it in Client_Loading
  • Launch Blockland
  • ???
  • profit!?

I could add more things like random images each time if you want
