Does Blockland need volunteer customer service workers?

Eh, it'd help out quite a bit but I don't see why one of the mods cant do it.

No, it won't help anything.

Yes, any medium-sized multiplayer game has a reliable customer service, and we need one.

Author Topic: Do you think that Blockland needs some sort of volunteer customer service?  (Read 1393 times)

I personally think we should have one, as emails are never responded to.
The reason why it's a good time to do it now, is because we're on sale on Amazon, and soon we can finally make it to Steam. When we get onto Steam, things have to get a bit more real as the influx of players would sky-rocket enormously.
What do you guys think?

[I also didn't post this in Suggestions & Requests because this isn't a request, but yes it's a suggestion but this doesn't have anything to do with Blockland game-play).

I completely agree. Our customer service stinks.

I wasn't expecting this at all, everyone entirely voted for the "yes" option.

I agree since It took me about 2 months for Badspot to reply back to my name history clearing. And I waited only for the answer of "No".

Really? That's bullstuff right there.

I think that we should have one, but I doubt we ever will unless Blockland gets a lot bigger.

It should be known that your name changes are recorded by RTB, not Badspot.

"Yes, this is Rahul with generic India-based call center,"

In a way, by definition, volunteer customer service is open to everyone in the Help section.
Nothing administrative can be handled, but you can't trust that to everyone volunteering either way it is.

Tru dat

i mean really, badspot and ephi take maybe 2 weeks at best to reply, and rotondo doesn't exist
i think badspot needs to pick out some admins to monitor these forums, and a few people for customer service

We need a topic called "The Blockland Customer Service Helpline."

I support this, and I see Rotondo on daily but I don't know what he does.
It should take at the most a week for us to receive a reply from the support email in the first place.

I agree there is some people that I guess would probably not use the forums as a help service.

Doesn't badspot have, like a bunch of asian ladies? They could be customer service.
