I remembered I sent a ticket to customer support about something like 1 year ago and I still haven't got any response. Does anyone even monitor it?

What was the email to support about? If it's a handicapped question I can guarantee you won't ever get a reply.

I had a problem with lighting where everything was black. I gave info.

that's what the help section of the forums is for

customer support is for product issues, ie you bought your key but it doesnt work or something
