I tried to Google this and I got nothing. Why is it impossible for us to be like Dr. Frankenstein and shoot electricity to a relatively fresh brain to being it back to life?

I'm no brain scientist, but I know that neurons can't regenerate when they die. Electricity isn't going to help a dead brain.

Not really, a scientist tried this before. It activated the nerves in the body is all it did.
The body parts did move however (it was a dog)
