For me it'd be portal 1's soundtrack, just so atmospheric and ambient, it fit so well unlike the portal 2 soundtrack which was actually somewhat unfitting. the soundtrack was more action-y for portal 2 which is odd since the backdrop makes you think more of ambient, i don't know. i just didn't like portal 2's soundtrack

Doom, Rise of the Triad, the Quake series, System Shock, Painkiller, and Half-Life all have awesome music.

Halo in general besides Reach, that game's story and music sucked (OR SHOULD I SAY, PETTY OFFICER?), Half-Life, and TF2.
