Author Topic: A very serious scientific experiment I came up with.  (Read 2443 times)

Last night I drank a cola before playing MvM with Lord Tony.
I didn't do too well. I ended up having a sugar crash in the middle of the game and quitting.

There are too many variables to consider it a valid experiment

i found that booze makes me suck balls at shooters.
however they are far more fun to play when drunk for some reason.

>How much sleep will you have had before Mountain Dew vs after?
>Did you eat anything and at what time(s)?
>Are you playing with other people?  If so the experiment is void right there.  The closest thing you could get to perfect would be playing against bots.  A perfect situation would be the bots moving in the same pattern every time you test.
>What kind of noise do you have around you?  Are there distracting things?
>Time of day
>How does Mountain Dew medically effect you?

>How much sleep will you have had before Mountain Dew vs after? Normal Ammount
>Did you eat anything and at what time(s)? PB&J @ 6:00 pm
>Are you playing with other people?  If so the experiment is void right there.  The closest thing you could get to perfect would be playing against bots.  A perfect situation would be the bots moving in the same pattern every time you test. MvM/Bots
>What kind of noise do you have around you? Nothing but a computer fan. Are there distracting things? No.
>Time of day 7:00 pm
>How does Mountain Dew medically effect you? Mountain Dew is actually pretty bad for you.
It contains severally toxic materials.

because you're drunk.

nothing more to it.

A valid scientific experiment would need to have many more people, with a control group that drinks something that looks, tastes, smells, etc exactly like mountain dew but isn't.
And many more variables eliminated.

The test is whether or not Mountain Dew makes me better at getting headshots, whether that is caused by chemical or psychological changes.

I've never tasted mountain dew nor Dr. Pepper

I think the sugar rush is gonna make you too excited and fire earlier so you'll miss most of the shots
no god damnit

mountain dew is stuff but if you haven't had dr pepper you're not even alive

But the people would have to have the same skill at it.

i never get hype from pop anymore.

Are you like a 12 year old where drinking a soda makes you act all hyper? Mountain Dew isn't an energy drink, it's a normal soda.

OP should be drinking Bonk

One of Mountain Dew's main advertising points is the fact that it has a high caffeine amount which supposedly "energises" you.

how do you get hyped on mtn dew
