Worst damage you have caused to yourself

Luckily I'm very cautious and deep in thought, so I MOSTLY know what I'm doing majority of the time. Worst thing I have EVER done:
Riding bike with uncle and little brother
on way to library
little wooden truss
truss is maybe 1" off the ground
going maybe 20mph downhill and pedaling pretty hard
tire hits bottom of truss rather than going on top
180 mid air
fall off bike
land on head, start to tumble
tumble 2x
slide on neck / back / ass
come to dead stop with legs between tree
didIhitmynuts
ohgodIhitmynuts

Stood up after nutpain wore off, brushed myself off, then caught up with my uncle and brother. Then we went to the library.
