The chance of that happening is insanely minimal. But I do agree that the admin, whoever it was, probably should have given you a warning first. This is not the most tragic offense of all time, so yeah he should've warned you first. It depends on which admin you're running into, really. Some are insanely strict and will permaban at even the slightest offense, and some will just be calm like normal, responsible admins.
