I need someone to make a HD version of this, can someone do it for me? I can give a full quality picture of what I have and upload it to dropbox or something

I don't want anyone to resize it because it would look stuffty. I would need someone to remake it in HD but centered and slightly smaller. I don't want to do what I did last time with a logo and offer very small things. But, I'll offer what I can. Please help.
