sorry for the bad font, but he was talking about how he had "testicle cancer", and then i sorta became worried, so i asked him how, and he told me about how this guy gave him a "weird chineese cookie", and the note inside said a name that he used to called me on blockland sometimes. "secton boom-boom".

i immediately knew he was joking, and i asked him what the hell was wrong with him. he laughs at it like it was a joke, but that was kind of serious to me.
