Around twenty men were released after being taken care of.
Rest are recovering. Five of your men are strugling for their lives.
The medics, doctors and what not are watching them constantly.

The psychologically affected, around thirty of them were released while two of them are most likely bound to be scared for life. However this is not 100% accurate. They need more time.

"Observe whatever these constructs are doing and report anything that happens. Remember to keep weapons locked down."

The commissioner briefly leaves for his quarters, returning dressed in a more formal uniform.

"Alright, Jenkins, I want to see the wounded. Lead the way."

Jenkins: "It's not pretty sir. But if that is your wish. I shall lead you to them."

He turns around and exits, expecting you to follow him. Soon enough you end up in the medical wing.
Moans, screams, complaints, painful cursing, a stench of sweat, wounds and similiar fills the coridors and the rooms.
The doctors are scrambling all over the place like madmen. Bandages, scalpels, syringes and other being carried in and out.
Some soldiers voluntered to help out. They try to clear the air, bring things and similiar for the doctors and others.

As they pass you by most simply give a nod of the head, or a brief salute or a plain respectful "sir" and then they carry on.
Jenkins takes you to the heavily wounded, those who fight for their lives. Three of them seem to be out of it. Eyes closed. Bandages everywhere.

The other two are awake but complain in pain.
A doctor shouts: "For the love of god! BRING THEM THE loving MORPHINE!"
It's utter chaos.

The nurse runs in and begins to apply morphine to those awake. Their complains sieze. But as the two wounded spot you.
They try to salute and the nurse scolds them. "You can't be doing that, not in your condition. You need to lay still."
Jenkins says that these are from Nova squad. They were carried out by their fellow soldiers during the chaos.
The first ones to be attacked by the mutants. You can't make out what happened to them. As most of their bodies are in bandages or other.

One of them mutters out: "If not for that *severe cough, blood comes out* we'd be deaaa-..." He passes out.
There's still a large number of men being taken care of. Some less injured, some more. The surprise attack had caused a lot of injuries. A lot of pain. There's talk of severed limbs and reattachment. Some were crazy enough to watch their friends limbs severed, then shoot, kill, pick up the team mate, bandage and then simply take his limb, carry it back onboard.
Or so you hear as you listen in to one of the doctors.

"They sure as hell didn't want their friends spending the rest of their days as incapable war veterans." One of the doctors says.

These men have no doubt gone trough hell. This is no ship fight, where two parties shoot each others ships and then escape in escape pods upon one sides victory. Oh no. This is ground fighting. Limbs get torn, people get killed. You can't help but realize that your men strived to survive and pulled trough.

"I want to be informed if we need any additional resources to speed up their recovery."

The commissioner takes his time to salute each and every one of the wounded men, unconscious or otherwise, taking care not to get in the way of the medical personnel. He shakes hands with the lightly wounded and stable ones.

"Heroes, all of them, Jenkins. Now, take me to the two still under psychiatric treatment, please."

As you move on to those psychologically affected, you are shown to those most affected.
You observe from behind the glass. The soldier being isolated.
"Mike..Mike...your leg. Your leg Mike. Leg. Mike. Blood."
He makes some unnatural movements and then screams out. "MIKE!"
"NO! THEY ARE COMING! AAAAAAAAA!" He shields him self, but there is nothing there.
Instead psychologists make their way in in an attempt to calm him.

The other psychologically affected seems the youngest of them all. He simply stands in the center of his room.
Doing absolutely nothing. He doesn't blink, his eyes are watery and red. A female psychologists has been placed in his room in an attempt to talk to him and reach out for him. Two soldiers stand outside the room in case everything goes haywire.

You make your way with Jenkins to those less affected. Uncontrolable anger , sadness and crying is heard in the psychological wing. Not much you can do. Most are still in shock.

Have the prisoners spaced.  Take the outpost and search it thoroughly for food, water, etc.

OOC: Ignore for now.

The prisoners are spaced. With ease. Some tried resisting but your soldiers simply made an example of them by shooting them. You find a decent ammount of food and water. These pirates made a lot by robbing the survivors of New Haven.
Upon your search you find the prison of the outpost. The men there state they were a part of police units trough out the system. There seem to be a hundred of them. They offer to join you.

Arm them with what we can, and examine the buildings and defenses of the outpost.  Send 2 Frigates and the scouts to inspect the other outpost.

"God. Alright, Jenkins, we're going back."

The two backtrack on their previous route, eventually reaching the bridge once more.

"Alright. Send a team of fresh troops down there, make sure they don't provoke the machines. I want them to discreetly confiscate any remaining functional equipment from the battle and try to obtain as much food and water as possible. Also, have the officers see if they can find any reliable recruits from the populace - discreetly hint that this might be the only chance to get off this mismanaged mutant/robot hellhole for them and their families, if needed. Stress the fact that none of our men were MIA/KIA during our previous deployment. Make sure you look for reliable people and not scumbags."

I get up out of bed and begin to make my way towards my newly rebuilt office. I take the scenic route, observing what the robots have done to our colony.

I eventually make it to my office, my second in command is already there, working. He looks up when I walk in, "Good morning, sir."
"It looks like these robots have really done something amazing with our colony..."
"I agree."
"Have they contacted us at all?"
"Not that I can see, sir."
"We need to have contact with them. After seeing what they've done, I need to know if they are an ally."
"I agree, sir, but how?"
"I dont know! How would you normally talk to a robot!?"
"I... I dont know, sir. Ill get a team on it to see what they come up with."

Wolf Company

You arm the rescued prisoners of the pirates. They happily fit into your ranks. You find your self with an extra hundred capable men. Your squadron inspects the other outpost. It is abandoned. It's finally over. No more pirates. Or so it seems.
You won.

+100 men.

ISF

Your propaganda team selected by your major, goes down onto the planet in a small ship. About six of them get out and begin to try and recruit people. They think they managed to convince some of them, but most want to talk to their families first. Your men are told to wait by most. Some are undecisive. Your escape from the planet was seen by most and they see you cowardly. For all they knew the robots could have killed them all.

It seems one of the AFR men grows interested as to why you are back and talking with men and women of the colony. Your men notify you that the food and water production was never fully acomplished on the colony. Some locals took matters into their own hands, started boiling water from a nearby source and hunting the local animals, preparing them in their own ways, having no idea if it affects them in any way. A local market had been opened, a fast food and a bar. You can decide to buy from them or try and get the food and water your self.

A second team lands,a salvage team. Any equipment left behind by your troops is confiscated but anything from the machines has probably been taken by them. They obviously don't want you taking their equipment. Your men report that from the previous entrenchment of nova squads position they spotted that the robots are still fighting in the mine and that actively they send out and produce forces. Upon their further scouting of the area it seems the robots are extracing resources of the planet to build and fight.

You recieve a notification from your pilots that it seems the robots are building some sort of orbital cannon that is aiming down at the planet. You see a large squadron of ships scramble. In milions they make their way down onto the planet. Your salvage team observes a salvo of bombardment straight onto the mine it self. After the bombardment is complete, robots assemble a strike team and a dig team. They begin to dig trough out the ruins of the mine. Quickly finding a hole and more of those mutants emerge from there. Only for a large walker to fire at the same hole and purge anything within it. Small infantrylike units move in, and more fighting is heard.

Suddenly, several walkers come from what seems to be a walker production line. They begin to fire off grenades into the tunnels. But instead of explosions it seems that gas emerges from those grenades. The creatures try to rush out but they begin to suffocate and die in front of the team of robots you have seen previously enter. Further more. Infanftrylike robots rush in with the same weapons, spreading the gas inside the mine. Monstrous screams are heard inside. No doubt, the, mutants are suffocating.

AFR

You recieve a report that ISF has landed and is actively conversing with the colonists.  Further more, one of your guards reports that last night while he was looking trough his binocular he saw fighting over at the mine. The robots are still building, expanding and are heavily engaged at the mine it self. The road is no doubt completed.

Further more. One of your men deliberately went outside the colonial permieter and looked at all that the robots have built. He stumbled upon a structure which holds several human pods. Most of them seem asleep inside the said pods and seem to be hooked up to certain medical gadgets made by the robots.

He recognizes that these men and women were infected. He concluded that they are being taken care of by the robots as they do not seem to be being hurt in any way.

Your second in command manages to assemble a team and sends them out to try and converse with the robots. The robots do not have any vocal abilities. They stare at your team and seeing how they can not converse, they simply move on. They return to you and state they should try binary code, they should somehow try and converse with them, by texting. If only they had a source to send it to.

"Continue tending to the recruitment effort and stay on your toes. Go check the market's prices, send some men to try to obtain food and water through other means as well, if possible. Remind those in doubt that we defended them from a nigh-infinite swarm of mutants until these machines arrived, despite being overwhelmed at the mines."
