I went on the website and did the get a server thing a week ago but I don't know if the thing worked or not or if you are just too full.

RTB. I don't use any hosting services my internet upload is decent enough to hold about 25 players with no lag though but I strongly recommend RTB.

It's made quite clear that no support is provided for add-on related issues, which is what your problem was. I've updated the ticket to clarify that for you.

RTB is the better option to Kaphost.  I've used both.
