Artillery has doubled, now 4000 artillery.
Tanks have been halved since Watcher complained.
Airspace over Vierte is now restricted airspace. All scout planes are ordered to turn around or face the consequences.
The diplomat will be escorted. However, he is required to stay in Vierte until the ban on air travel is lifted. Accomodations shall be made for him and his envoy.
