PS4 doesn't require an internet connection to use it, it doesn't rely on DirectX, it doesn't rely on Kinect, and it calls itself a game console.  Also, this conference barely had any games, PS4's didn't have many either, but this was really just sequels to overdone franchises.

Thing is PSN is filled with games from previous consoles.

Hopefully by the time this comes out, they have gotten rid of the bullstuff stuff and replaced it with amazing stuff.

I'm glad they didn't call it a stupid name like "Xbox 720".


Though it would of been better to call it the "Xbox 8" Considering it uses the Windows 8 kernel.

ps4 will have backwards compatibility via a cloud system.
