yea, i really need to fix that

its because you use milkshape and milkshape uses a triangular face system which is impossible to work around unless you make it in a different program, so you can really 'fix' this unless you remake all of them or get someone to port it into blender then export it from there. having this many quads doesnt lag the player too much unless in super high quantities. the only downside to having high quads as well is if you fx swirl the brick, it shows. drastically.

I really like this, its very useful. You should add a Dead trooper, and (if you could) a trooper brick that can be wrenched so you can select its weapon and appearance and stuff (though that requires scripting).

You should also put it up on RTB's Addon network so more people can get this.
