Author Topic: [5. 27. 2013]- Phantom Knight's Save Dump- Part 3 Fully Released  (Read 13036 times)

Hello forums, it has recently came to my attention that there are alot of projects I will not finish. I am going to give out these saves and give a description of what the project was originally about. I can not how ever provide pictures at the time for some reasons, enjoy. Feel free to work on them or edit whats there.

Modular Moon Base Development Pack - If you recall from awhile back i was trying to make a modular moon base        pack for people who suck at building. I started working on the second pack which is multi-floor support. The project never got finished and I never made a converter for them.

Dropship - I was making a drop ship for an idea of mine, I never got around to finishing it even though I worked on it on my freetime. The doors are not evented yet btw.

Mecherlous - Was making some giant robotic walker thing after seeing some of Kiwi Bear's merp ones. No idea what happened here.

North Town Street - A DM map I never finished. The idea was to make a map with some variants for DMs,  TDMs, CTFs, and Zombies.

EDIT: I forgot to mention everything is default.

These aren't half bad, you know. I especially liked the Dropship and the Moon Base modules. You should finish the Dropship and make some more variations / modules for the Moon Base. Thinking about it, I haven't seen a good moon base in Blockland yet, this could be the first one. I built a modular moon base in TBM, and me and a couple of friends used to have awesome deathmatches in there. Ahhh, good times!

Mecherlous isn't really much to look at. Just a couple of legs. Good looking legs, but still only legs. North Town Street is very wip, not much else to say.

A couple of pics:

Inside one of the "hallways" of the moonbase (actually 3 different modules)

Another shot of the moonbase. Blurry.

Overview of all the modules. Including some scaffolding and a gate.

Dropship, seen from above. No roof yet, but I imagine some sort of slanted roof with a turret on top would look really cool!

Dropship, front.

Notice how everything is default bricks (right? looks like it at least)

These are some decent builds! Nice job.

You should finish these. They're really good!

Here is part 2 of the collection of unfinished saves. I am going to note here the amount posted will get smaller and smaller as the files i'm posting get bigger and bigger.

Posidon - As a member of ARES I always try to make alot of space themed objects. In that collection I decided to attempt to make a carrier ship. This was failed for a series of reasons but it has some great hanger doors and escape pod pieces for you to use. Yes I have recognized i misspelled Poseidon btw.

Prototype - A hanger piece with a fully functional door. I was making more but never got around to it. The hanger's door is activated by clicking skulls as this one button trick I learned. Wait to a few seconds between pressing one of them do to the animations the door has.

Testes - A bunch of things involving some large circles including this one stair case. If you look around you will see a quick and easy way to build them as well. The original "Tests" save is not worth posting since its complete crap.

These are all default as well, infact about everything I release will be unless stated otherwise.

king leo's pictures looks cool can you post more pictures of what the saves are

I downloaded your "North Town Street" save, and I got an idea. So my brother and a couple friends, including myself, went on our way to build on to the save. I'll get a picture shortly.

Part 3- Part 1, for part 3 there will be 2 parts since i'm going to upload a second time later today. (based on my time zone of course.) The first save is going to use 4 add-ons so make sure you have them! For future notice if a save does have add-ons I will state it.

Cannon_Meridus - A space aged alien-like cannon device. Tophius used it as an example picture with his updated wedges and that is exactly what it is! I was trying to find some cool way to use the wedges and i have. The add-ons are common ones that I think a player would have. Please note the following though: the server was at a freebuild mode at the time so there will be other objects around. The light inside the cannon I did not turn on but if you look down the barrel you can easily set it. The size makes this a good prop for you to put on your projects that need this.

Engine block #5 - Me messing around with a giant engine I made. If you want just the engine itself its on the ground so just d-wand the support to the engine block itself.

Lots - it was for this one idea of a gamemode I was trying to make where people go into a neighborhood of empty lots, pick one, make a build, vote on whose best, that person wins, builds are cleared, new round. There was a larger more pointless setup but thats not worth sharing. This is dupe friendly if you want to set up a sort of neighborhood. There are 2 lots on the piece for you to choose from. The reason I failed this was for I tried to keep it private so progress would not be monitored by the forums and it would simply come out. I do this for most projects. I also lacked the scripting knowledge to make it.

Double Helix - A strand of DNA that makes one full rotation, not much else to say.

Enjoy fokes!

Part 3- Part 2, this is the second to last release people. Enjoy these few last things I give to you guys.

Engine type - A small spaceship engine, it didn't turn out as well as I needed so I didn't use it.

Hallway Scene - Another small item, a futuristic space hallway showing you can put detail in a small area.

lastleaf - A guy asked for some cubescape from me. I never finished this but it got pretty large. The size of the intended project was 3x3 grid sections. A grid section is 192 wide or 3-64 baseplates. So the project was supposed to be in end 576 studs by 576 studs. The current size of it is 384 x 384. The terrain is a wide area including a valley a river and a few waterfalls. This requires Trueno's colorset since the person I was working for requested certain colors.

One more save, one more post, coming some other date.
