Realistic Zombie Games

So I was wondering if there was any realistic zombie games out there?

No, not like COD where you are limited to where you go and the rounds are endless.

I mean like where you can travel long distances to find a shelter, then you could barricade the windows and such.

Obviously food and supplies would have a role as well.

Is there a game out there or am I imaging things that wont happen until some time in the future?

WarZ is cheaper then ARMA 2: Combined Operations with the DayZ mod, but it's a P2W ripoff of a free mod. Also, it has no excuse to be as buggy as it is, DayZ had an excuse. It's a mod.
