How do people get so many views on YouTube??

So for a long time I've gawked at how many views on YouTube very poorly made videos get.
Videos like Mickey Doonalds.. this got nearly 9,000,000 views

Even a lot of Blockland videos get an insane (at least for the size of Blockland's community) amount of views. Looking at some of my video's related one's, a lot of them have thousands of views. One even had 96,000 or so, and there aren't even that many people who play Blockland

I don't think I've ever even hit 2,000 views on any one of my videos. How do some of you guys manage it? I think the video at the top along with many others are evidence that quality isn't the only thing that gets views. I've shared my videos on these forums, facebook, and to a lot of IRL friends, where else do you guys share video to get those kind of view counts?

Sometimes somebody else on YouTube talks about it and then it goes on from there.

Either you do a lot of videos on youtube to get enough subs to watch your videos, or you just get lucky and your video is popular.

This video has been up for four years, is equally as (probably more) bad, and only has 89 views

Also I checked, I do have one video that has over 2,000 views. But it just barley has over that, and it's an old video about the mini-nuke
