Author Topic: Lost Key and no recovery available.  (Read 1672 times)

I've lost my key and can not retrieve it through the e-mail we received it in because we don't have the password for it and google is asking for us to pay for support for the account. I've made a topic in Help for this issue, http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/k576/Ceist/Off_Topic/proofofpurchase.png but it wasn't answered. I've also sent an e-mail before and it wasn't answered.
My ID is 14139 and my username is Ceist and I purchased from womadtaylor48@gmail.com I have proof of purchase as well.

Based on from what Badspot said in that quote, he is not willing to take the time to find out who owns what key if they aren't e-mailing him by the e-mail address used to buy the key. The only thing you can do is buy another key. Sorry about not being able to get your key back though. That's a bummer.

you seem to be missing what I just said. I sent him the messages before I even knew that he ignores them. Rotondo may not be able to do anything directly, but he can at least talk to badspot, and this thread is here because i know badspot looks through the help section occasionally. it's my SOS

Rotondo probably won't talk to Badspot about it because he already knows what Badspot feels about this subject. It's also doubtful that Badspot would bother to respond in this topic if he ever gets around to checking this topic out.
