PurpleMetro did not coincidentally choose "Eridana" as a name. He stole it from Homestuck, as a character (who is also unsurprisingly interested magic) from that webcomic is named Eridan. Eridan is based on the horoscope of Aquarius, which takes place during parts of both January and February, and is also the 11^th horoscope.

January is the 1^st month of the year.

February is the 2^nd month of the year.

1+2=3

And, again, Aquarius is the 11^th horoscope.

That's 3 terms, so

3*3=9, and thus

9/11.

Eridana is going to explode in the next update, killing Donovin in the explosion, and whoever may be in the building north or south of her.

Also, less importantly:

Eridana is the 4^th member of Team 2 of Season 2.

4+2+2=8

There are also 8 windows in the building Eridina will decimate.
