3:22 - home/text girlfriend/get on laptop
5:30 or so - dinner
9:00 - fake going to bed
9:00 -- 10:30 - Mess around with laptop
10:30 - actually go to bed

   Physical fitness is a very important aspect of everyone’s life. It keeps people healthy and strong. There are many components that make physical fitness achievable. Achieving fitness physically can be done by doing things such as playing sports. One sport that is intense, is fun and makes players more physically fit is the sport of baseball.
   One of these components of physical fitness is flexibility. Flexibility is a major part of all sports. One can improve their flexibility by stretching before and after any strenuous activity or sport. In Baseball, flexibility is important because throwing the ball uses a lot of muscles, and throwing the ball often can lead to sore muscles. This can be prevented by having good flexibility from stretching.
   Another component of physical fitness is body composition. Body composition is an important aspect of many sports. It can be achieved by keeping your body in shape and having a healthy diet with low fat and a low body fat. One of Baseball’s major requirements is good body composition. Keeping your body fat in check can help you run faster and longer.
   One other component of physical fitness is muscular endurance. Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or muscle group to conduct repetitive maneuvers with a hefty force for extended periods of times. This can be achieved by pushing one’s self to the limit a little bit every time a person engages in a physical activity. Having muscular endurance in baseball is important because you need a fair amount of muscular endurance in every aspect of the game.
   Another component of physical fitness is muscular strength. Muscular strength is the highest amount of force a muscle group can endure. Muscular strength can be increased by weight lifting and other activities built around making the human body stronger. In baseball, muscular strength can determine if you can hit a ball far or not.
   The final component of physical fitness is cardiorespiratory endurance. This type of endurance is the efficiency with which the body delivers oxygen and nutrients needed for muscular activity. This can be improved by having a strong respiratory and vascular system. In baseball, cardiorespiratory endurance can determine your stamina ingame.
   Overall, the five components of physical fitness are something to keep in mind when enduring strenuous activity. If one can keep these in mind, they will become a healthier and stronger athlete and gain a stronger body and mind. This is a very important aspect in life. Being physically fit and having a strong body is definitely something to have in life.
