My dad just got a call from the police department saying "We caught your son stealing from JCPennys and he is now being transported to the Juvenile Detention Center."
I don't know anything yet like, What he stole, Who he was with, Why he did it, etc. I really hope that he didn't do it and that its just a miss understanding. I will update this post if I get anymore information on this. My parents also have to pay thousands of dollars to pay the fees of his crime and to pay the lawyer that we have.

I just don't know why he would do this. It's not something he would do anyways, He's a nice guy and tells the truth.

If he did steal, he will have petty theft on his record (assuming he only stole in a small amount), he's going to have a hard time getting employment because most businesses turn down applicants with petty theft.

my uncle has a felony on his record and he's the nicest guy you'll ever meet, but he also has difficulty getting employment
he still has a good job right now though
