Author Topic: Is this a good TV for under 300 dollars?  (Read 1442 times)

The real question I would ask is: what do you need this 32 inch screen for? television or for hooking a computer up to it?
both lol.
Great is an opinion. These are subjective opinions. Asking for something that's "good" is going to get you different results from different people.

You people need to be specific about what you're looking for.
anything.

It's a pretty standard notion that if someone wants a good television, it should support 1080p and have some old RCA jacks

But not everybody knows that.

For all you'd care, a "good" TV could mean one made entirely out of cardboard with "1080p" written with a marker on the back and holes cut out for ports.

I know its only 60hz

What? You can't even see more than 60hz.

Are you even trying to make a point anymore?

I don't think that's been quite set in stone yet.

When its higher than 60 it causes tearing but I made that optional.

I can easily tell a difference between 60 and 120 fps. Hell, I can tell a difference between 100 and 120 fps.

normally when performance in a game is over 60fps and the refresh rate is 60, it causes tearing

Can't you cap them both at 60 and Sync them?

We're talking about refresh rates being over 60Hz. I don't get how that's relevant.
