My monitor screen broke and it looks like a jumbled set of colors.
and I can't see a damn thing on it but glitchy lines.

There might as well as be a problem with your graphics card. Try the monitor on another PC or try another monitor for testing.
If you have a GPU and a IGPU, alternatively test by switching your cable to it. Make sure to make the IGPU your primary in BIOS.
