Author Topic: I have a caffeine addiction  (Read 865 times)

Every day I don't consume coffee, I get a mild headache halfway through the day. It's not debilitating, but somewhat annoying to have. How do I solve this whilst still having energy in the morning?

wasn't there something called "5-hour Energy"?

My parents would royally kick my ass I had that much energy.

And I'd probably get permanently kicked out of my chemistry class.

"caffeine free" totally caffeine free.

I'm surprised that didn't happen already.

We have these ginseng tablets at my house.

Maybe if I alternated coffee and ginseng every day it would help.

5-hour energy tastes like stuff and it's dangerously unhealthy.

My suggestion to you is to drink less and less coffee every day until you find yourself becoming less dependant on it, such as drinking smaller cups slower than you normally drink it.

As far as the energy thing goes, drink water or tea instead of coffee.
