i am looking for a game that allows you to create things

i am looking for a game that allows you to make your own game with a large amount of tools. more like a video game creator, i am looking for a 3d one not a 2d. It also allows you to make maps and stuff also a story line and all of that good stuff. It is very hard to find a game like this and i would really like to use a tool like this to create my own game.
