yeah cosmetic items are totally useless and not for cosmetic use or anything.
necklaces, armbands, earrings, ties, bandanas, make up, forget it all.
lets stop shaving while we are at it too.

What are those used for? And shaving is the only cosmetic thing to really worry about.

You don't walk around town wearing a hardhat do you? Cause that would be kinda weird.

The majority of people nowadays don't use sunglasses or hats for their intended purposes. They wear them cause it looks cool, same for earrings.

I wear a hat for a few reasons (none of which are because it looks good)
1. Block wind on my short hair
2. When it rains
3. Sun out of my eyes
4. When the bus driver doesn't turn the loving lights off when I'm trying to sleep.

So for example, I'm going out to eat somewhere, or just a regular weekend of going out with friends. And I care about how I look like, so I put on some of my best clothing and for example a necklace and earrings. I'm suddenly insecure because of this?
