edit: I'm pretty sure that's just your assumption of other people based on the way you personally feel which is not always, perhaps even rarely, the way most other people feel. there are plenty of attractive people, who know they are attractive, and they still wear accessories because it looks good. it's completely irrelevant to whether or not you think you look bad

Make the arms more relaxed and longer. The muzzle a tiny bit shorter, and I need to concentrate on the clothing some more.

The whole drawing hands inside of sleeves is actually fine. I've seen amazing artists use that for literally everything and not have a problem with it. Though i do suggest that hands be learned and clothes be fixed.
