it basically means "not two" or "not divided into two"
like how they're called "binary numbers" since there are only two numbers in it: 0 and 1
so gender binary is when you classify everyone as male or female (only two options)

but some people don't feel that there are only two so they would be nonbinary

It means you defy nature and refuse to be referred to as having a binary gender (as in, male or female)

it's usually used as an umbrella term for anyone who doesn't identify as 100% male or female
i use it to refer to myself because most of the more specific terms (agender, genderfluid, etc) either don't perfectly describe me or i just don't like them very much

I use love everyone loosely though, I mean it more in a preference sort of way. You dont have to actually love everyone.

And yes I'm generalizing horribly here I understand that everyone is different.

if you don't know someone's gender, you call them by their name
what do you mean to be factual? there is no "factual" for agender people
languages change but not on the scale of changing the meaning of an incredibly common word like "they." that would be like switching the meanings of "and" and "or"
that isn't loveist. it is however loveist to be offended by being referred to as the other gender
and "you" isn't plural either

1. they did pick one set of pronouns and that set of pronouns is "they/them/their", i don't understand what you're trying to say by that
2. singular they is grammatically correct. even if you don't believe so, i really doubt you've never ever used "they" to refer to a person of unknown gender
3. you don't get offended by people misgendering you bc you're cis. i don't know how to elaborate on this because i'm bad at explaining things but being misgendered when you're trans/nonbinary is different

3 well no, plenty of cis people get offended by that. most guys and girls will get upset if you call them what they're not

and I'm not trying to be offensive, I just don't like the pronouns "they" in this context. I don't have any problem with the people themselves
