i wish i was good enough for commissions, i would have everything i would ever want

Alright, you know what. It's time to loving stop blouk. You're getting really annoying with the whole "woe is me" bit every single time comissions or art it brought up in here. Just stop... no one likes it.

i took the risk to open this topic at school sitting next to my friends when LeetZero's childify genderbent character wearing no pants popped up.
i said yuck and alt tabbed so fast

(not dissing the art it was just really unexpected and it was the first time seeing it for like a split second before i tabbed lol)

Hmm, I do have some stuff that works out of context though, haha
oh wow you actually do a lot of furry stuff
I thought you only did human or human-like stuff so I asked for my most human like character for that drawing thing a while ago lol

Yea, of the 90+ pics only 7 of them are human, 3 if you don't count sets.

I watched you on FA

in other news, I've been wanting someone to commission someone to make, like, a ref sheet, for a species, you know
but there are a number of problems in the way. probably the biggest one being that I'd like one really simple example of the species drawn from front and back like a usual ref sheet, along with several other detailed close-ups of particular characteristics of the species, like ways that members of the species vary, and then finally three drawings of full examples of the species with more individual patterns and colors and stuff
which would obviously become very expensive, and I don't have a job right now. that's pretty much the only prohibitive part
another thing I'd be concerned about is that I may want several small changes made along the way, which a lot of artists understandably don't like doing
and lastly I'm just afraid that I wouldn't be able to describe it well enough. it's not the most unique species ever, I'm sure I'd be able to supplement my descriptions with examples from other drawings, but I would still be worried about misunderstandings or something. I also know that a lot of artists don't like drawing things without a reference, and that would not be possible

I'm not sure how much money I'd end up needing to spend on something like that. I might even have to find someone who specifically does that kind of thing, which would probably make it even more expensive

oh jeez lol
guess I only saw the human ones on your DA

maybe I'll have to get a commission from you sometime ;)

Am I the only cigarette that can't log into FurAffinity? I literally set my password to 123456789abc and tried to log in and it said "Wrong password". I've resetted it countless times.

Write it down on a piece of paper, dork.

Find a blank starter and fill it in yourself the best you can. Then give that to an artist for a proper ref sheet

Just do what I did: find free line art and color it

So I just made myself another icon

It's still not colored because im a lazy bastard. By the way do you guys mind when I post my art here occasionally? Im only asking because I figured you guys would like to see more "Professional" stuff and considering that I don't even bother to color my stuff, well you know what I mean.
