i'm probably going to make a rule against linking to research in the chat bc it's just research discussion and nothing else rn, ever since i said it was ok as long as it wasn't flooding the chat
but anyways yeah the chat's closed for the night but i'll open it back up tomorrow, i just didn't want to leave it unsupervised all night

so no technically it wasn't closed because research, that was just part of the reason

ok here's another post to clarify

the chat isn't permanently closed it's just done for the night because I don't want to leave it up unsupervised

the thing is I wouldn't mind occasional nsfw pictures being linked but I can't really make a rule for that because it's not specific enough when they can and can't be linked
the problem was that what was going on in the chat was t really breaking the rule I had set - "nsfw pictures can be posted if they're not flooding the chat and are labelled as nsfw" - but the chat was still just talking about research and literally nothing else which was a problem
so I think instead of giving very specific rules on when nsfw pictures can and can't be posted I'm just going to ban them completely since its easier that way
I bet some people are going to complain about that but hey if you want to share research go make your own chat room

Well the reason I left is becuase Nal and I were the only straight people there and it got annoying when shyGriff was posting sfw JonTron x Egoraptor pictures which got annoying as loving hell.
