The reflection in the left eye looks inconsistent with the right eye, there is no animal (wolf?) in the left eye, the white circle with a cross through it has a slightly different shape and the wall looking thing next to it has lines going through it, and there's a bunch of random circular objects in the middle that don't resemble even slightly distorted versions of the stuff in the right eye

I can confirm that this character's eyes show and lead to different dimensions in which one is occupied by a wolf that's trying to break out
