Saying his art is bad isn't criticism. You can shut the forget up, I've lost a good amount of respect for you.

I started off actually giving decent tips, they were ignored of course. But I never just said his art was stuff, I just said it could be better. (Yes, I said his art was comparable to the low end of deviantart, yet there are some i know who've turned into quite the artists) But there's always the option of tuning me out.

Well actually I was trying to get better at that for a while and because of that I wasn't paying attention to proportions like at all. Just give me more time, this doesn't come instantly to me

And no it hasn't been 2 years, I started really getting into art last July
