We eat, drink, reproduce, pee and stuff.
We also do mathematics, venture beyond the boundaries of the atmosphere, and defend the earth from some natural disasters. Your point?

My point is that we have the same basic necesities as feral animals.

Irrelevant. You were observing that Humans are animals. I represented a counter-fact.

Humans fall in the animal category.

Yeah everything Im reading says humans are animals. Any other derivative tend to lean towards "GOD'S IMAGE" kind of stuff.

If you're living you're either animal, plant, or bacteria. We evolved from apes, so just because we have higher intellect instantly makes us not animals?

what the forget am I doing

Yes, humans are animals by definition, but I think it's still reasonable for the use of the word to imply non-human animals.

If you're living you're either animal, plant, or bacteria.
wellll
there are also protists, fungi, and archaebacteria

Humans and other animals are like comparing a Singlecore CPU with a quadcore CPU. They're CPUs. They have transistors and are made with silicon. The difference is the higher power to computer. In our case, to think.
