Idk I guess I'm just a bit bitter that this kid is not only allowed to, but encouraged to spam (everyone else was saying things to purposefully trigger it) completely flooding the chat for several minutes, with a chat bot, which is pretty much the most overused and hated type of script in this community, but when I try to have a little fun, and set my name to things that get talked about in this thread with interest nearly every page, I get banned within like 5 non-spam messages

The difference was that the chat bot was kinda fun, your little thing, not so much :s

yeah, that makes sense. if someone joined my server named "i like richards" I'd probably assume the same thing

I joined, said "I like butts/richards" and people were like "ugg" "troll harder" and I was banned within like 2 more messages per ID

peavy did seem a little pissed off last night though so maybe he just got really angry and banned you?

Alyx banned me while Peavy was afk. Peavy unbanned me when he got back

I didn't spam, I didn't say anything incriminating or harassing anyone else. I said like three messages (again, related to topics we discuss every day in this thread, which is the sole reason I chose those names) and was banned before I even finished loading. That's quite an assumption there.

One person (I think his name was Score) seemed to enjoy it.
Every other friend I've done it to enjoyed it.

Whenever someone joins my server with a silly/stupid name and says silly/stupid things, my first thought is "oh, must be a friend messing with me"
And surprise, surprise, it almost always is. The remaining times are mostly kids being kids

especially if you did it a second time...
