I would never pay for a cheap commission even if the artist were better than another one.

What if it was for hobby and not an actual career choice.
If I want to draw for 2 hours, whos to say I can't make a few bucks off it.

While people certainly do charge too little especially when theyre in huge need of money, if the art is done for hobby purposes only, I see very little issue.
