Then get used to something else. As much as some people would have you believe it, browsers really aren't all that fundamentally different. It's usually not that hard to make the switch.

Every browser has a version of that. Firefox has "Private Browsing" and IE has "InPrivate Browsing", so that's not a feature you can really sell to him.

Get Firefox or Chrome for the sake of moddability Flat, it's not too different.
