why not? people commission art all the time

yeah, but i'm not a digital artist. i'll draw and scan something really cool, but i don't know how to do art on a computer. i feel that doing commissions over the internet make more sense if it's digital art, because that will look the same on any computer, where as physical art looks the best in person
