it's the blockland forums. the people who actually have negative opinions don't post them here because they've already been done a favour by keeping furry things in one thread, plus they know it'd just start stuff if they did post it. the people who post that stuff here are 9/10 times just trying to get a cheap laugh. this is not speculation, this is experience.

These are not things you say to  people and expect them to just shrug it off and not lash back, they're insulting, not because of what he's saying but because of how he's saying it

or why not just not say anything about it? have a bit of foresight -- if a picture you personally don't agree with is posted and a group of people are saying they like it, it's not a good idea to barge in and claim everyone who likes it has "some serious issues"

that works too, but I wanted to make it known that there are kinder ways to say what he wants to say, and that he doesn't necessarily have to keep his mouth shut if he doesn't like something

but yeah, as a general rule, if you can't think of something nice to say, don't say anything at all
