I didn't think of her as being underage. She can't be, she's drinking, and that would be illegal!

The way I see it, if she was drunk then she put herself in the position to make bad decision, and that's a bad decision in itself. Consent shouldn't be invalidated if someone's drunk, only if they're unconscious imho. I'm not saying that I'd like to abuse a drunk girl, just that it would be her fault if someone did.

Yes, getting drunk is for all intents and purposes generally a stuffty idea, but that doesn't put any fault on the victim at all for having had that done to her. If you do decide to take advantage of her in such a weak position, that doesn't make her stupid for getting drunk, that makes you a horrible person for committing rape.
