Yeah.
A closed species is when you have to BUY from the creator to have a character of the species.
Ex: Dreamies.

Open species is when you can make a character of that species at your own will.
Ex: Sergals.

doesnt the sergal creator demand like 10% royalty of every sergal related sale
idk if it was that person or someone else
