When I was about 14 y/o I had a lot of morbid curiosity and visited /r/morbidcuriousity a lot, so I have seen all of this stuff before, along with long long real stories, as well.
It is very common for cartels to murder a betrayer, or just someone they don't like by cutting off their head, cutting off their snake, and then inserting that snake into that severed head.

well I didn't see the connection before
but now I guess I can see that the names and species are based on the names of some AC characters
but then who is ace?? and their personalities don't seem the same

well yeah, only a select few characters ever even show real emotion
and ace is an AC character - i mean again he doesnt really show emotion but seeing as the AC ace was a jock it kinda fits
