Your argument is flawed by our hitboxes. We do not have a cuadruped hitbox. Our hitboxes are according our shape. If our eyes saw us as furry animals, we would have a problem perceiving the world with our eyes and our sense of touch.

On a programmer's point of view, collision is separate code from drawings. If our eyes showed a different shape than our real collision shape, we would be having issues when it comes to perspection when touching, picking up; moving, etc.

Well, of course not. In games, the hitbox and drawings are done separately. However, in real life, everything is made out of atoms. Our own eyes see the world how its made by atoms not how our brain says it is. Of course, not everyone's eyes are the same but, if Molten's theory is correct, we would be very forgeted up because we would have different perspections with different senses. We can see, hear, touch, smell and taste. Isolating the senses, we might build up the same image on our head of our surroundings. If the most important senses (commonly being sight and touch) are offset, we would have different perspections on our head. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this clearly.
