bpd is for life and incurable
it can't be cured, yes, but it can be treated. and the only way it's going to go away is if you DO SOMETHING. and no, that something is not drugs, alcohol, or running to an internet forum to vent, it's actually standing up and trying. go make friends. go fix your attitude. get rid of the alcohol and the drugs. find a hobby. find something you like, and makes you happy.

also, did you actually get diagnosed with bpd or is it something you just googled?

Honestly this sounds less like bipolar disorder and more like some kinda undiagnosed narcissism disorder. You've told everyone you're depressed and in such a bad state, then lash out when people try to solve your problem, almost like you don't want to talk about helping it, you just want to talk about it.

I'm just going off of what I've read, but I think the problem you're having is that if your depression got better, the spotlight shifts. You don't have a problem anymore, so people stop giving you attention.

I have a close family member with a narcissism disorder, and things you do and say are oddly familiar to how they acted before they sought to get better about it.

all because I suggested he should get friends, hmph
