about this, they can't really enforce it. like I guess it's rude and other people will get mad at you but they don't really have any way to force you to do anything. copyright law doesn't cover concepts
some site admins might care? maybe. so they might be able to get them to remove it. but like, tumblr, or deviantart, their staff isn't gonna do anything about it

I've checked on the furaffinity forums before and it seems it's pretty universally accepted there that there is no purpose to having closed species, that there is no way to enforce it, and that the admins seem to be in agreement with this, or else they probably would have defended closed species before
